Unexpected upset - Part 7 of 7- Forgetting
When you have an unexpected upset or upsetting fear, many times you will simply forget that it happened. It is a form of blocking out what happened to you, because you cannot deal with the situation, the overwhelm or the trauma of what happened. So, you simply want to forget and do.

Let us say perhaps that you were talking to a person at work and they let slip that someone else was getting your promotion. You are just absolutely stunned to hear this because you knew that you had been selected, and you had worked extremely hard for two years to establish yourself in this firm and to obtain this promotion. You are in the bathroom and overheard someone talking about the person being promoted that wasn't you, but they didn't know that you heard it. Your mind, simply cannot accept what you heard, so it puts it into a forgetting box that you have created.

You think, I don't want to think about that, so I will forget it and you do. It is as if nothing happened. You go on about your day, continuing to plan to get the promotion and along comes the day when the other person is recognized, out loud. You feel like you have been sucker punched and on some level you know that this was coming, but you didn't believe that it was coming, you do not remember that you overheard it being said a couple of weeks ago, because you didn't want to believe that could possibly be the truth. This is simply one scenario of forgetting something extremely unpleasant that created a huge amount of fear in you. In this example, it would be that you are not good enough to be promoted or selected. To eliminate this forgetting program when some unexpected fear occurs, you would simply say aloud:

Chamuel: Heal, clear and remove all programming that causes the symptom of forgetting including any unexpected upsetting fears in all dimensions of time and space. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Fantasizing Part 6


Unexpected Upset
Fantasizing Part 6 of 7 by Chamuel

When you have an unexpected upset or upsetting fear, you can immediately go into fantasizing that everything is all right, completely ignoring your existing circumstances. It's like going off into Wonderland, or never-never-land or some other space you create in your mind, but your body is not doing anything in your present.

It is different than freezing, because when you are fantasizing, you go into imagination mode which is several levels above fear which resides in the astral level, so you feel immediately better in your physical body and in your mental body or your mind, you are extremely active. Perhaps you are thinking of ways out of your situation, but you are fantasizing. Perhaps you are creating a romantic ending or a huge battle where you are emerging the victor on top of the mountain with your sword raised to the heavens doing some sort of victory scream, or perhaps you are jumping on the horse to save the maiden in distress or buying that new thing you have been wanting. In any event, you are playing games in your mind, but nothing is happening in your present, and whatever caused the unexpected upset could still be happening.

If you were in an avalanche, you would now be buried in snow because you stayed still. It isn't that you were frozen. Your mind was busy going pell-mell 600 miles an hour, finding a miraculous solution of some sort, but your body was not responding. When you are in freeze mode, you cannot even think of a solution. This response is not helpful to you either, because the situation around you continue and could cause you bodily harm in many ways. So, to eliminate this programming and stop being triggered, say out loud:

Chamuel:  Heal, clear and remove all programming that causes the symptom of fantasizing because of an unexpected upsetting fear in all dimensions of time and space. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Unexpected Upset - Feed - Part 4

When you become unexpectedly upset, causing you to become fearful, many times to get over your fear, you will immediately want to ingest something to eat. So rather than dealing with your emotions or trying to sort out the overwhelm or situation, you will almost robotically go and start eating. Perhaps you eat a whole box of cookies or you eat something you don't normally care for. Whatever it is, you immediately want to ingest something. It is what it was like when you were a baby and you became frightened, your mother gave you a baby bottle to calm you down, or perhaps a teat or a pacifier. In any event, she fed you when you became upset and that became a learned behavior. It is a calming thing.

However, if you do not handle your emotions, you can turn this programming into an eating disorder because you're not handling your emotions and can be creating such diseases as alcoholism, anorexia, bulimia, or simply becoming obese. You either eat or ingest something. Perhaps you opt for a drink which can result in the disease of alcoholism. Perhaps you ingest a pill or 14 which can result in addiction. In any event, you feel you must put something in your mouth.

To allow yourself space when you become overwhelmed or upset say the following aloud:

Raphael, clear and remove any programming that causes the symptoms of me putting something to eat or drink in my mouth because of an unexpected upset or upsetting fear. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathing exercise of at least 3 breaths.

Breathe out:  Feeding myself liquids or solids because of fear and overwhelm
Breathe in:    Peaceful resolution.

Unexpected Upset - Freeze - Part 3

Many times, when you have an unexpected upset and go into fear, your reaction is to simply freeze. Marge calls it turning into a hypnotized oyster. Someone says something that you just did not comprehend whatsoever. How could they possibly say that or do that or think that, and you become so overwhelmed, you just freeze and are unable to move, speak or even hardly think. This is like the rabbit that you see portrayed as being chased and stopping still in its tracks, so the hawk can no longer see its movement, and the hawk will continue looking for movement until it spots something else or the rabbit moves. It is a response to an unexpected upset or upsetting fear.

If this fear is great enough or happens often, without being released or recognized by you, you may also create an invisible program, which in turn can create other issues for you later.  You simply didn’t want people to notice you, so you would be safe, but then later on, you cannot understand why people don’t notice you, so you do things to make yourself more noticeable such as being very different from them and saying or doing things that are not the social norm or even things that are socially unacceptable.  This ultimately becomes a circular trap.  Don’t notice me. I am not safe. I am scared. So, I do things I am not proud of, and become ashamed of my behavior and start hating myself, etc. This can ultimately lead to agoraphobia, depression and suicide.

To eliminate this response or minimize it so that you can respond quicker and heal, say aloud:

Chamuel: Heal, clear or remove my programming which creates the symptom of freezing, when I become suddenly upset and fearful as well as all overwhelm programming. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Unexpected Upset - Part 2 - Fight

The fear triggered by some unexpected upset causes you to become upset or get really scared and you react in 1 of 7 ways by going into some sort of avoidance pattern. Most people believe they are flight, fight or freeze. Below is the second way you can react.

When you become scared or upset, suddenly, as a reaction to something, you may go into fight mode. Perhaps you are simply in the doctor's office and he wants to run a test, your reaction immediate reaction is NO. You think ‘You doctors are alike. You just want to run tests and cost me more money.’ So, you are immediately attacking or confronting the doctor which is a form of fighting. Any sort of resistance, which is putting up your hand and saying ‘No, I'm not going to do that or actually moving forward is aggression toward another, which is a form of fighting. So, you become scared and upset, which of course covers up your fear, or it is a result of becoming afraid and fearful, you are not trusting that everything is all right. Therefore, you put up resistance. That resistance does not allow you to come to a place of peaceful resolution and certainly does not allow discussion or cooperation. It puts walls between you and the other person instead of holding their hand and working your way through as a team, you are putting a wall between you and them that screams NO way, stay away, keep out, etc.

So, to eliminate this immediate response of fight fighting and aggression, we would have you do the following clearing by saying out loud:

Chamuel: Heal, clear and remove my fight response to upset and fear. In all dimensions time and space, so I can instead have peaceful resolution. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Do the breathing exercise of at least 3 breaths.

Breathe out:  Fighting and resisting
Breathe in:    Peaceful resolution

Then if a program gets triggered later, you can remember to Converse rather than Confront, or Figure it out rather than Fight.

Unexpected Upset - Part 1 - Flight

Unexpected Upset - Part 1 - Flight

A seven-part series by Chamuel
The fear triggered by some unexpected upset causes you to become upset or get really scared and you react in 1 of 7 ways by going into some sort of avoidance pattern. Most people believe they are flight, fight or freeze. However, these are the first three of seven and these can all be reduced in their severity, though maybe not completely eradicated, depending on which ones you have. Below we will make a complete listing with a healing for each one, and they are as follows:

Flight
Whenever you become upset or angry, it is because you have an underlying fear. When you become fearful, you have a reaction. For some of you, your first inclination is to simply run. You have this inclination because you have many past life times’ where you were killed, when you did not escape in time. So, for example, you hear an extremely loud noise, become frightened and then you will want to flee. Perhaps an earthquake happens, and you will run out of the building, regardless of who you leave behind or perhaps it is as scary movie and you know that it's just a movie, but, you become so frightened you immediately leave the theater or the room in the middle of the movie or perhaps just shut it off if it is your television. So that is a flight response, simply due to an impulsive reaction and not necessarily an action that is helpful to you in your existing circumstances.

We would like to remove the programming that causes you to immediately flee without taking one or two seconds to ask yourself if this is really a situation you want to run from. If it is the scary movie or simply a loud noise like a firecracker or car backfiring. there is no need to flee. If it is an earthquake or an avalanche, then certainly you should flee and begin immediately, but taking one second isn't usually going to make that much of a difference to you. It could, but we are saying, most likely it won't, and the amount of times that you are now fleeing would be reduced to nearly never. Instead, you would recognize the fear, and think ‘It's just a movie and I'm okay.' Then you could choose to continue to watch it or turn it off and watch something more pleasant, but you would not need to flee the scene. So, to eliminate your fleeing program as a response and allow you instead to choose; simply say out loud: Raphael, clear and remove my fleeing programming because of I got frightened in all dimensions of time and space. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Now do the breathing exercise of at least 3 breaths.

Breathe out: Flight or fleeing
Breathe in:   Peaceful resolution

When you are in resistance to something, it is like banging your head on the proverbial wall. You can keep banging all you want, but nothing happens, except you get a headache. The problem you are trying to change is still the same; it is still there, in your head, driving you crazy. What you resist persists. What you want to go will grow.

036 MAKE YOUR HEART SING

When you are feeling good, all is right in your world.  So, what can you do today that will feel good, without doing harm to anyone or anything.  Something that truly feels good inside. Something that is giving. Something that you can do for yourself without reliance on another human.

Is it giving away a smile, or a hug, or helping someone and not letting anyone know that you did it.  Is it cleaning your room or taking a shower or going to the park or feeding the ducks?  Reading a book or going for a swim or just literally stopping to smell the roses. What will make you feel good inside? On a daily basis, look for ways to feel good and your whole life will improve and as you feel better and find more and more things to feel good about, your life will improve more. So, what can you do right now to feel good? What will make your heart sing as you go on your daily pathway through life?

035 COMPASSIONATE GRIEF

Compassion is a feeling or a creation in which you decide to acknowledge that another person is experiencing something that you have experienced in the past. So, for example, with any of the four things that was lost: the house key, the pet, the car or the beloved, each of you has lost something like that. Each of you has had a different experience or is having a different experience regarding the same object.  In any case, whether it is the love of or the possession of something, there is a feeling of belonging, a feeling of ownership, a feeling of having, being, and doing, in relationship to that thing. So feeling compassion for the other person is now a solution. It is the way of being there for them. It is the way to be in the space with that person. You can say: Just like me, this person is experiencing loss. Just like me, this person is experiencing sadness. Just like me, this person is experiencing anxiety, or stress, or tension, or any other emotion that you notice they are going through, because they have lost something.
By saying to yourself: ‘Just like me,’ it reminds you that you have been in that space in your past. It is not that you are feeling their pain, because you do not need to go there. But it reminds you that you also have been in that space. It lets you allow them to occupy their space with you knowing a feeling of what that feels like. You cannot possibly know what they are feeling unless you are using your extrasensory powers and can actually feel them, but you do know what you felt like in a similar situation.

Whether your feelings are exactly what they are feeling or whether your feelings know what you experienced, it does not matter. You are being or deciding to be in this space of sharing their grief, not that you are feeling it. It is acknowledging that each of you have experienced loss. You understand losing. You understand it is a process. You understand there is movement from the loss into recovery. Each person goes at their own pace through this process. Each person has their own belief structures and moves through them accordingly.
Sometimes people get stuck on one of the steps of recovery and they stay there for a very long time, perhaps the rest of their life. That is their choice, but through compassion, you can know that you at least have some idea of what it is to lose. Whether it is the house key or the beloved or something in between, you know what it feels like to experience loss.

You also know what it feels like when you decide to let go of losing and you decide to move to a different level. You decide it is another day. You decide that it is okay to laugh and perhaps you even decide to celebrate the life of that person lived. Or you decide to celebrate that you now have a new key. You can move into this celebration mode at any time. You may choose to vacillate between celebration and loss or grief. In any case, it is all your decision. It is your choice. You do not have to choose to change at all. You simply can just be.
For the person who is choosing to be with the person who is grieving, all you need to do is to remember: Just like me, this person is experiencing loss. That alone will put you in a space where you can listen to them going through their process, without joining in their feelings or judging. Just like me, this person has experienced loss. Just like me, this person has also experienced joy and loving and liking and sadness. Just like me, this person has experienced boredom. Just like me, this person has experienced feeling like their heart is broken. Just like me, this person has experienced everything and anything that I have experienced at some point in time. Each of us is experiencing. Each of us will experience more, and we can experience together and I choose to do that.

031 How Guardian Angels Help You

The beings I work and play with are labeled archangels, some are angels, some are multi-conscious souls, saints or non-physical beings...and I choose to just call them all 'angelics.'


The list includes what each one specializes in, as they have explained it:

St. Bernadette is the first angel I saw, and healed my tonsils so I could keep them. I called her the 'lady,' and she is.

You can ask any of these angels at any time to help you with whatever your current issue is. Whether you can hear them or not - they hear you and do their best to help you with that issue. Simply choose which Angel is most helpful to the problem you are facing or you can choose two or three. You simply say "Open sacred space and connect me with..." and then state their names. Then simply tell them aloud what you want healed or changed, knowing that they will do whatever they can to help you and then simply say, "Thank you. Thank you. Thank you."
The All That Is or God or whatever you call that Ultimate Power will then do the healing accordingly. We all know the answers are: yes, no and wait. We just can't predict which one is when or about what. I find that most of the time the angelics are able to help bring resolution or at least a lessening of the issue. I hope this information helps you to further help yourself.   

Your personal guardian angels help you make your life easier while you are on the planet. You can utilize their services three ways, which are as follows:
Safety
Your guardians are with you to help you remain safe. Before you leave on a trip or a journey, you simply ask your guardian angels to assist you and keep you safe, and to make sure you return home with all your possessions intact. If you are going to an area that you feel is less than safe, you can again ask them to assist you.  You can ask them to guard you and your property and they will.


Health
Any time that you are not feeling well, you can ask your guardians to help you.  If you wake up with a sore throat, you can ask them to have it healed.  If you have an ongoing illness, you can ask them daily to make it better or to heal it.  I ask them about food and if it is right for me.  I ask them to guide me in the grocery store or in the restaurant so I select foods and beverages that are helpful to my body.
Cooperation
Before you go into a meeting, you can ask your guardian angels to connect with the guardian angels of the person you are meeting with and to have all of the guardians work together for peaceful resolution. If you are going to have a fun event such as a card party, you can ask your guardian angels to connect with the guardian angels of all of the participants and to make sure that each person that is attending actually wants to have fun. I have done this in the past, and occasionally someone will call and they are too busy or they have had a stressful day and need to rest or whatever else but the bottom line is, that they are canceling having fun today. I then again ask the angels to help me find another fun attendee, and they do.


They will not help you manipulate anyone or do anything that is not in integrity.  For example, they will NOT help you harm another, or get your own way in an argument or steal.  They are always in integrity.
So, ask and you will receive. I hope you enjoy playing with the angels like I do.

026 NOT WILLING TO ALLOW OR RECEIVE

When you create a soul lineage pattern, it is generally some form of limitation. In this case, ‘not being willing to receive or allow’ limits the amount of any emotion that you are willing to receive. It also limits the amount of physicalness that you are willing to allow or receive. However if you have cross programming or more than one program, one can override the other. For example if you have an exit ramp [death] that is due to being attacked or shot or beaten or some sort of physical violent behavior, it can override your limitation to receive punishment. So it is not always going to apply but it generally applies. In other words, you would not have multiple days of good; very often, but it may come in streaks. After a certain number of days, which you may or may not have specified, then that specific thing would stop because of the limitation.
When you create, things at the soul lineage level may go wherever you as the soul go, they do not have to do with the lineage of your parents or children in this lifetime, they have to do with where you have gone on your own soul journeys. You may have one lifetime where you act as a God and the next lifetime you may choose to be a peon of a lesser class perhaps in a slave capacity, and the next of your life times could be as a commander on a vessel of some type that goes through the galaxy. It doesn’t matter what your incarnation is when you have programming or limitations at the soul lineage level, they would act in all three of those capacities mentioned. So releasing any soul limitations is a much bigger release than if you just released a pattern at the body level or the mental level or the spiritual or psychic levels, which would be just one incarnation. When you release things at the soul lineage level, you are releasing them for many, many of your life times. We will do this release now for anyone who reads this that wants this.

Simply say out loud: Samara, release any soul lineage programs I have that are limiting my ability to receive or allow things to happen. Samara will then accomplish this for you. Then it is our suggestion, so that you are participating, that you do a breathing exercise for as many breaths as you feel comfortable with doing. It could be three, five, or even six. A minimum of three, but as many as needed until you feel that you have comfortably accomplished this task.
Breathe out: Not willing to receive or allow.
Breathe in: Fully allowing and receiving.

001 CLUELESS

Hello, welcome to my blog. This blog is going to be about how I work and play with Angels. Not all the Angels I play with are those in another dimension. There are those of you on this earth that are also Angels. One of those very dear to my heart is my sweetie, Kerwin who brings so much joy to my life. We do, however, have interesting conversations at times. The other day he was talking about a game he was watching between the Yankees and the 49er Giants. I was trying to understand the elimination process to determine who's going to play in the series. I am not a sports fan, you understand. He proceeded to tell me that I had the teams mixed up, and there can only be two teams playing at a time and I had named three. I couldn't seem to understand what he was talking about. Then he informed me I was mixing up baseball and football. And I said, okay, well, from now on I'll just call them all 'balls.' And he mumbled something like: "TMI, that is another subject." And I think that's when he said my middle name should be'clueless' although, I am not exactly sure and anyway, I have a great excuse - I am blond. However, I am not clueless about Angels, and I know he is one, even if we have a few ants at our picnic occasionally.

And I live with 15-20 angels 24/7 plus 2 multi-conscious souls,  a couple of saints, and ascended masters, but I just fondly call them all 'angels.' A better term would be angelics. I love my life with these wonderful loving beings because it is so much fun and absolutely amazing. The work they do to help all of us is absolutely incredible, including helping me set up this blog.

I had been told by the Angels to stop doing my newsletter and start doing a blog. So, every single night when I would go to sleep, I would hear: You need to do a blog, you need to do a blog and then I would start dreaming that I was blogging. Blog, blog, blog... blog, blog, ad nauseum, until I finally decided I better figure out what a 'blog' was. What a journey it has been to create this platform. I won't bore you with the details, but the final piece was absolutely amazing. I was extremely frustrated and had been stuck for over two weeks, with hours and hours invested trying to move my domain name from one blog host to another. Anyway,  I was stuck on my blog. I was stuck on my diet and I was stuck living in two states. And it dawned on me that I was in a negative 'stuck' pattern of 'looping. '

A 'looping' pattern is when you do something over and over but can't seem to stop it. A couple of common looping patterns are a song playing in your head or people in weight loss programs.  A weight loss looping pattern is a person starts a weight loss program, and loses weight. They feel good, so they eat and then they gain weight. Then they don't feel good. So, they go back on a diet to lose weight. They start losing, and they feel good again. So, they eat and they gain weight and now they are in a looping pattern. Well, I was doing this with my blog. I was figuring out a piece, feeling good, then something wouldn't work, feel bad, find something else that worked, feel good, doesn't work, feel bad, etc. finally I'm stuck in a loop. My regular computer guy was busy, so I found someone who said they were a doctor on the net and trust me by that time I needed one - for my head, mostly. However, he eventually gave up and said there was no way he could figure my mess out. So I went to the Angels and said - I really need help here. I was then informed that I had a looping pattern of failure. So, then I asked Archangel Raphael to get rid of ALL my looping patterns for me. And if you think you may possibly have a looping pattern at this point, simply say out loud: 'Archangel Raphael, remove my looping patterns,' and he will.

When I went to bed that night, I said, [well, OK, demanded] that the angels help me. Some folks call me the irreverent reverend and I guess at times I am. Fortunately, the angels love me anyway and I am probably a never ending source of entertainment for them.  Anyway, I demanded or was it begged pathetically? If you guys want me to do this blog, I need help. I don't know who the Angel of computers is but one of you knows. When I wake up in the morning, I need an answer on how to fix this mess. And when I woke up, I had this picture in my head of a page on the website with an arrow on it pointing to the problem area. I am able to see [clairvoyance] in other realms as well as hear [clairaudience], smell [clairgustance], feel [clairsentience] and know [claircognizance] things that are 'other' worldly. I went to that page on this real third-dimensional blog to the indicated spot and I reread the instructions and realized I had not followed them correctly. Maybe this is another segment of the clueless part? Anyway, the next thing I know my blog is saying that I have successfully transferred my domain. And then of course, I did the 'wacka' dance…all over my office and house. This was a HUGE deal for me. This is ONLY one of the ways that the Angels have helped me and/or others. My friend Marianne  [another earth angel] that  helped me when I ran over myself with Kerwin's car [yes - another story] also helped me with the final pieces of this blog.  

Yesterday, Chamuel found a ladies missing cell phone,  and in the past he has found another's lost wedding ring, lost golf balls and/or water pipes underground when K was putting in our sprinkler system. Chamuel is the finder of lost things and is exceptionally good at it. Each angel has their own specialty. He is also good at fixing relationship issues.

It is absolutely amazing, working and playing with these other worldly beings. In future articles, there will be a healing or two for you, the reader, and I'll tell more about angels in my life and how we work and play together. Won't you join us and play, too?
