FUD FACTOR

FUD [Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt] is a selling technique whereby the seller intentionally creates FEAR in you via a presentation of verbal, mental or visual pictures so you will do what they want you to do. They create the problem [FEAR] and provide you with a solution [their idea, their group, their cause, or their product].

Some fear examples being currently presented by sellers in order to get what they desire are:

Power & Control – join their organization, group, or cause

  • I will get stuck with socialism, voter fraud, higher taxes, COVID-19 controls, or gun control, etc., unless I join the Republicans
  • I will get stuck with capitalism, higher national debt, restrictions on abortion or  immigration, increased military spending & the loss of moral values, etc., unless I join Democrats 
  • I will get stuck with global warming, oceans full of plastic, and be broke, etc. unless I join the Independents
  • I will go to hell, unless I join their religious organization
  • I will be lonely unless I join their club

Money – buy their product or service – often using ‘sex sells’ ingredients

  •  I won’t get right partner unless I buy ‘it.’
  •  I won’t get be healthy unless I buy ‘it.’
  •  I won’t get handsome/beautiful unless I buy ‘it.’
  •  My kids won’t be happy unless they go to the right school, or I buy them electronics, games, clothes, etc., another ‘it.’
  •  My dog/cat/pet won’t be healthy unless I buy ‘it.’

By now you are starting to get the picture. They capitalize on your  fear and provide their solution.

You can actually make a game out of this to help yourself recognize FUD. The next time you turn on the TV listen to whoever is speaking and decide for yourself whether they are peddling FUD (fear) or pleasure. Figure out what the fear is or how many fears in that one ad, or speech, and then figure their solution for you.  Do this for a couple of hours and make a list.

Then decide if you want to continue listening to that speaker or ad or choose to find something or someone else that provides you a pleasurable outcome rather than the subliminal coerced outcome they want. You will be amazed by how much fear is being ‘gifted’ to you.  This is not helping you be happier or healthier. It is just a coverup for fear.

Remember, what you resist will persist. That means that fear will come up again and again in a different way, until you actually remove the fear itself.

RELEASE

To eliminate the FUD, and consequential worry, anxiety, self-sabotage and stress programs or programming, say the following release, followed by the blessing, out loud:

Raguel: Eliminate any and all fear, uncertainty, doubt, worry, anxiety, self-sabotage, and stress programs or programming that I have accepted, including all looping, repeating, or chronic programming, so I may decide for myself what I want. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

BLESSING: All is well. I am happy and content.

TOOL: CANCEL

When someone says something you don’t believe, don’t want to believe, or don’t want any part of, simply say, “Cancel,” and that belief will pass you by. That belief will not be added to your belief structure. You can do this when you see media that uses fear tactics to get you to buy something. You can do it silently or aloud. Perhaps wake up another person. Maybe you are in a group, and gossip starts; you don’t want to walk away, but you don’t want to say anything aloud either. Simply say, “Cancel,” which means you personally do not agree with what is being said.

Corona, Covid 19 & Common Colds

Many of us are having a hard time with being alone, separated, or apart from something or many things, but thinking those things are a choice.  We can also decide that we are connected and reach out to others. Perhaps a phone call, a zoom or other mobile device where you can see the person and they can see you. A drive by also works, and for those who have a porch, balcony, driveway, lawn, sidewalk, or patio, you can socially distance and wear masks to do your part in the containment. Last but not least, prayer and meditation and getting closer to the God of your understanding can help you as well. Most important is doing whatever you can to stay positive. Read inspirational books, watch uplifting TV or media, etc. Remember the thoughts you nurture or the things you think about are creating your tomorrows, so choose the good ones.

All of us on planet earth are subject to getting this illness which for many has resulted in loss of loved ones, and/or months of recovery and/or loss of functionality. Some escape without even knowing they had it. We don't know when or if a cure or even a vaccine will be found and utilized, so for this newsletter, we are going to do healings that you can do or pass along to others to help each of us stay safe or recover. Many people do not have symptoms so the angels suggest you do them all, whether you think you may or may not have any piece or part or have already had it. Just forward this newsletter to them if you think it will help. 

The name of this specific disease: Covid 19, was named based on letters from the Corona Strain of viruses.  'Co' for Corona, 'vi' for virus and 'd' for disease the outbreak began in 2019 so it became Covid 19. The entire pandemic is called SARS-CoV-2. Since there is more than one Corona virus, we are releasing them all including Common Colds, Covid 19, MERS [Middle Eastern Respiratory Syndrome, and SARS, Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome and any as yet unidentified as such. 

The angels say Covid 19 is going to be here in our country for a long time, meaning possibly or probably another year of this and I for one want to stay well and as much as possible help others. And we have all experienced the 'common' cold, at least once. So, we personally are very careful about where we go and what we do... thinking of others as well as ourselves.

Ask the God of your understanding to help the angels help you...as you say these out loud, which indicates you want these healings done for you:

Archangel Raphael, release all Corona virus programming and complications arising out of them, from me and my family and put up hospital walls around each of us to keep out any infection out and contain any infection we may have inside the walls, so we don't spread it.  If any have been infected please heal each of us after removing the release programming, quickly and easily and allow us to recover completely. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Archangel Raphael, please release anything that causes the symptom of feelings of separation, loneliness, sadness, anger, rage, helplessness, hopelessness, plans or thoughts of suicide or self-harm, bewilderment, uncertainty, doubt, disbelief, confusion, distrust, overwhelm, denial, ambivalence, blame, hate, dislike, and or being forsaken as a result of Corona Viruses and complications arising out of them, here on our planet and in our country.  Please fill the spaces with peace, good health, trust, and love.  Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Archangel Raphael, please release anything that is left regarding Corona viruses and complications arising out of them and heal my bodies in any and all ways it has been damaged, whether physically, emotionally, spiritually, mentally, or psychically.  Thank you.  Thank you. Thank you.

Troubled waters

Right now the waters are muddy on your planet. There is a lot of political unrest which is what happens when you have a lot of change. It is always true that when you have change you must go through a period of chaos. Many of you have been praying for peace, for the end of war, for the end of unrest, as well as for help with many personal issues. so those were a request for change. 

Again, in order to change from one situation to another, you must go through chaos. That means that things the way you know them, must change. Your Corona virus is a way for mother Earth to change how things are done on your planet. Since it affects the inhabitants of your planet which means you, that means you need to change your behavior in order to survive and thrive. Most of you are paying attention and are shifting and changing. Those who are not will truly be left behind in one way or another in the very near future. For example those who were not protecting themselves during the pandemic will most likely contract it, and many will perish. At the very least many will be ill, for some time. When you are ill it is a time for reflection. A time to rest. A time to stop your existing behavior and it is always a good time to change. By just changing one thing you are changing your behavior, which changes your overall picture and outcome.

Think back to what you were doing in February and March. Was your life helter-skelter? Did you have too many things on your plate to handle comfortably? Were you busy all the time? Did you have too many commitments or overbook yourself? Were you living somewhat in confusion and chaos?  if any of the answers to these questions are yes, then it is clearly a time for you to change your behavior to something that suits you better. Perhaps it will be a shift in jobs because you lost yours? Perhaps it will be a shift in your personal life activities because the groups you belong to have stopped or shifted to something else? Or perhaps a shift in your medical status? It is clearly a time for change.

If you have not made any changes, then this is the time to do that. If you have made changes, we suggest you look at the changes you have made and decide what you want to do going forward. Do you like the changes you have made during the Corona?  If so, continue. If not, what are you going to change? We urge you to change at least one thing, whether it be physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, or psychic. Try it, you will like it!

Unexpected Upset

When you have an unexpected upset or upsetting fear, you can immediately go into fantasizing that everything is all right, completely ignoring your existing circumstances. It's like going off into Wonderland, or never-never-land or some other space you create in your mind, but your body is not doing anything in your present.

It is different than freezing, because when you are fantasizing, you go into imagination mode which is several levels above fear which resides in the astral level, so you feel immediately better in your physical body and in your mental body or your mind, you are extremely active. Perhaps you are thinking of ways out of your situation, but you are fantasizing. Perhaps you are creating a romantic ending or a huge battle where you are emerging the victor on top of the mountain with your sword raised to the heavens doing some sort of victory scream, or perhaps you are jumping on the horse to save the maiden in distress or buying that new thing you have been wanting. In any event, you are playing games in your mind, but nothing is happening in your present, and whatever caused the unexpected upset could still be happening.

If you were in an avalanche, you would now be buried in snow because you stayed still. It isn't that you were frozen. Your mind was busy going pell-mell 600 miles an hour, finding a miraculous solution of some sort, but your body was not responding. When you are in freeze mode, you cannot even think of a solution. This response is not helpful to you either, because the situation around you continue and could cause you bodily harm in many ways. So, to eliminate this programming and stop being triggered, say out loud:

Chamuel:  Heal, clear and remove all programming that causes the symptom of fantasizing because of an unexpected upsetting fear in all dimensions of time and space. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Unexpected Upset - Feed - Part 4

When you become unexpectedly upset, causing you to become fearful, many times to get over your fear, you will immediately want to ingest something to eat. So rather than dealing with your emotions or trying to sort out the overwhelm or situation, you will almost robotically go and start eating. Perhaps you eat a whole box of cookies or you eat something you don't normally care for. Whatever it is, you immediately want to ingest something. It is what it was like when you were a baby and you became frightened, your mother gave you a baby bottle to calm you down, or perhaps a teat or a pacifier. In any event, she fed you when you became upset and that became a learned behavior. It is a calming thing.

However, if you do not handle your emotions, you can turn this programming into an eating disorder because you're not handling your emotions and can be creating such diseases as alcoholism, anorexia, bulimia, or simply becoming obese. You either eat or ingest something. Perhaps you opt for a drink which can result in the disease of alcoholism. Perhaps you ingest a pill or 14 which can result in addiction. In any event, you feel you must put something in your mouth.

To allow yourself space when you become overwhelmed or upset say the following aloud:

Raphael, clear and remove any programming that causes the symptoms of me putting something to eat or drink in my mouth because of an unexpected upset or upsetting fear. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathing exercise of at least 3 breaths.

Breathe out:  Feeding myself liquids or solids because of fear and overwhelm
Breathe in:    Peaceful resolution.

Unexpected Upset - Freeze - Part 3

Many times, when you have an unexpected upset and go into fear, your reaction is to simply freeze. Marge calls it turning into a hypnotized oyster. Someone says something that you just did not comprehend whatsoever. How could they possibly say that or do that or think that, and you become so overwhelmed, you just freeze and are unable to move, speak or even hardly think. This is like the rabbit that you see portrayed as being chased and stopping still in its tracks, so the hawk can no longer see its movement, and the hawk will continue looking for movement until it spots something else or the rabbit moves. It is a response to an unexpected upset or upsetting fear.

If this fear is great enough or happens often, without being released or recognized by you, you may also create an invisible program, which in turn can create other issues for you later.  You simply didn’t want people to notice you, so you would be safe, but then later on, you cannot understand why people don’t notice you, so you do things to make yourself more noticeable such as being very different from them and saying or doing things that are not the social norm or even things that are socially unacceptable.  This ultimately becomes a circular trap.  Don’t notice me. I am not safe. I am scared. So, I do things I am not proud of, and become ashamed of my behavior and start hating myself, etc. This can ultimately lead to agoraphobia, depression and suicide.

To eliminate this response or minimize it so that you can respond quicker and heal, say aloud:

Chamuel: Heal, clear or remove my programming which creates the symptom of freezing, when I become suddenly upset and fearful as well as all overwhelm programming. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Unexpected Upset - Part 2 - Fight

The fear triggered by some unexpected upset causes you to become upset or get really scared and you react in 1 of 7 ways by going into some sort of avoidance pattern. Most people believe they are flight, fight or freeze. Below is the second way you can react.

When you become scared or upset, suddenly, as a reaction to something, you may go into fight mode. Perhaps you are simply in the doctor's office and he wants to run a test, your reaction immediate reaction is NO. You think ‘You doctors are alike. You just want to run tests and cost me more money.’ So, you are immediately attacking or confronting the doctor which is a form of fighting. Any sort of resistance, which is putting up your hand and saying ‘No, I'm not going to do that or actually moving forward is aggression toward another, which is a form of fighting. So, you become scared and upset, which of course covers up your fear, or it is a result of becoming afraid and fearful, you are not trusting that everything is all right. Therefore, you put up resistance. That resistance does not allow you to come to a place of peaceful resolution and certainly does not allow discussion or cooperation. It puts walls between you and the other person instead of holding their hand and working your way through as a team, you are putting a wall between you and them that screams NO way, stay away, keep out, etc.

So, to eliminate this immediate response of fight fighting and aggression, we would have you do the following clearing by saying out loud:

Chamuel: Heal, clear and remove my fight response to upset and fear. In all dimensions time and space, so I can instead have peaceful resolution. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Do the breathing exercise of at least 3 breaths.

Breathe out:  Fighting and resisting
Breathe in:    Peaceful resolution

Then if a program gets triggered later, you can remember to Converse rather than Confront, or Figure it out rather than Fight.

Delusion or Solution?

As you wander around in a daily basis, are you stuck in illusion or delusion? Your illusion is that perhaps things outside of you are causing your unhappiness, keeping you blocked from something you want. This illusion can quickly become delusion, meaning that you have moved from feel good to feel bad. At this point somehow, you need to stop blaming and start taking responsibility and looking for a solution. The solution, of course, is to change yourself. By changing yourself you will change your outside circumstances, so your delusion will be solved by your solution, so you can once again feel good. The answer always lies within.

Unexpected Upset - Part 1 - Flight

Unexpected Upset - Part 1 - Flight

A seven-part series by Chamuel
The fear triggered by some unexpected upset causes you to become upset or get really scared and you react in 1 of 7 ways by going into some sort of avoidance pattern. Most people believe they are flight, fight or freeze. However, these are the first three of seven and these can all be reduced in their severity, though maybe not completely eradicated, depending on which ones you have. Below we will make a complete listing with a healing for each one, and they are as follows:

Flight
Whenever you become upset or angry, it is because you have an underlying fear. When you become fearful, you have a reaction. For some of you, your first inclination is to simply run. You have this inclination because you have many past life times’ where you were killed, when you did not escape in time. So, for example, you hear an extremely loud noise, become frightened and then you will want to flee. Perhaps an earthquake happens, and you will run out of the building, regardless of who you leave behind or perhaps it is as scary movie and you know that it's just a movie, but, you become so frightened you immediately leave the theater or the room in the middle of the movie or perhaps just shut it off if it is your television. So that is a flight response, simply due to an impulsive reaction and not necessarily an action that is helpful to you in your existing circumstances.

We would like to remove the programming that causes you to immediately flee without taking one or two seconds to ask yourself if this is really a situation you want to run from. If it is the scary movie or simply a loud noise like a firecracker or car backfiring. there is no need to flee. If it is an earthquake or an avalanche, then certainly you should flee and begin immediately, but taking one second isn't usually going to make that much of a difference to you. It could, but we are saying, most likely it won't, and the amount of times that you are now fleeing would be reduced to nearly never. Instead, you would recognize the fear, and think ‘It's just a movie and I'm okay.' Then you could choose to continue to watch it or turn it off and watch something more pleasant, but you would not need to flee the scene. So, to eliminate your fleeing program as a response and allow you instead to choose; simply say out loud: Raphael, clear and remove my fleeing programming because of I got frightened in all dimensions of time and space. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Now do the breathing exercise of at least 3 breaths.

Breathe out: Flight or fleeing
Breathe in:   Peaceful resolution

Creating

The sun shines, the rain rains, you smile and laugh. Each of these things was created in the before and in your now. You can choose to create more rain or more sunshine or more smiles simply by appreciating what is in your now. The more you appreciate, the more of that you are creating. So, notice what you are feeling and appreciate what you like more.
